Terms of use
Rules for using FixEvidence diagnostics, reports and evidence uploads.
These terms govern use of FixEvidence, operated by FixEvidence in Denmark. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and within your skill and safety limits.
Informational service
FixEvidence cannot inspect your appliance and does not provide a warranty, professional diagnosis or emergency service. Results are probabilistic and depend on the accuracy of user inputs and available evidence. Manufacturer instructions, recalls, warranties and qualified professional advice take priority.
User responsibility
You are responsible for disconnecting utilities safely, stopping at safety warnings, confirming the exact model and deciding whether work requires a licensed or qualified professional. Never bypass an interlock, fuse, grounding, pressure, gas or thermal safety device.
Submissions
You must have the right to submit repair text and files. Do not upload another person’s personal information, unlawful material, malware or misleading evidence. You grant the operator a non-exclusive worldwide license to store, moderate, analyze, aggregate and display approved non-private portions for operating and improving FixEvidence. Private evidence files are not licensed for public display without separate permission.
Moderation and availability
Reports may be rejected, corrected, de-identified or removed for safety, privacy, quality or legal reasons. Features and evidence rankings may change. Availability is not guaranteed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties and the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on informational guidance. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing rules and changes
Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights in your location remain applicable. Otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator in Denmark. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
