Include the appliance type, brand, complete model number, affected URL, exact statement and a primary source where possible. Do not email passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal data.
Urgent hazards
FixEvidence does not monitor emergency requests. For fire, gas, electrical or flooding danger, leave the area if necessary and contact the appropriate emergency service or utility.
